Happy sweet September, Tacoma! Back by popular demand, the Seward neighborhood walk is finally happening this coming Saturday morning at 9am. These South End walks are a great way to start the weekend, rain or shine. All are welcome to join us!
Saturday, September 19th at 9am: We will meet at Fire Station #8 (4911 South Alaska Street), where the walk will begin and end.
Your South End Neighborhood Council guides these short monthly walks around South End hot spots where we focus on identifying potential solutions and ideas for neighborhood improvements, all while picking up litter along the way.
All ages welcome! Join the upcoming walk and bring your ideas, questions, and/or comments to help us advocate for ways that can make the South End even better.
If you can’t make it to a walk, but still want to support SENCo’s ongoing planning committee work, you can submit your own audit with this link provided by our partners at UWT’s totally awesome Action Mapping Project. Thank you!
💚 Coffee for walks generously donated by Starbucks at 38th & G 💚
