The following is an announcement from Sound Transit:

 

East Tacoma Community Meeting: 38th and Pacific Staging Area

Walsh Construction Co. II, LLC, Sound Transit’s general construction contractor for the Hilltop Tacoma Link Extension, has sub-leased the property located on the southeast corner of S. 38th Street and Pacific Avenue (“Rite Aid” lot) for staging of equipment and storage of various materials such as rail, construction trucks, utilities and stockpile materials for hauling to work zones or off site.

Please join Sound Transit and the contractor, Walsh Construction Co. II, LLC, at a drop in meeting to discuss any questions you have regarding the staging area located on S. 38th Street and Pacific Avenue.
